Practical Exercise In Meditation:
If you are struggling with worry and anxiety, do not pray as you are falling asleep because there is the danger that the praying can turn into worrying about the issue. Instead, you should make a list of verses that you have memorized or can turn to in the Bible. Choose one each night that you will spend time meditating on. Select verses that speak of God’s sovereign control, His abundant provision, and His protection.
