Hello Church Family!
As you likely know, we had the privilege of directing Camp Elements last summer. This year, due to COVID-19 and its implications, we’ve cancelled March Break and Summer Camp. However, the silver lining is that March Break Camp was completely planned and we have some activities and resources we would love to share with you and your family to keep you occupied during this season! We’ve done our best to select ideas that are low-prep and require supplies that you are more likely to already have lying around.
We pray that your families are able to enjoy this unique time together!

For March Break Camp, we planned on studying the book of 1 John with campers. Although we had our own lessons planned, we found this resource available on RightNow Media to be very helpful in our preparations. If you do not already have access to RightNow Media, we recommend that you sign up for free access through the church here! Perhaps you and your family would be helped by watching these videos and discussing the accompanying questions together.
Finally, we love to give counsellors ideas of group games to play with their campers. These games are short and simple and can be used when there are brief periods of transition between aspects of a camp schedule. It feels like we are all in a period of transition right now, so grab the whole family and play some of these fun games we’ve collected!
Have fun!
Maddy & Emily
